Overview
Ancestry brand is all about history and customers’ connection to it. Through various campaigns I was challenged to create engaging visual stories using real life historic images and usual brand elements. A big part of Ancestry work had to do with sourcing and colourization of archive photos. It is an interesting and meticulous manual process that produces some fantastic and effective results.
Social Media Assets
These assets appear on Ancestry's social media accounts like Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. For these project a great deal of research and image sourcing was required as well as retouching, colourization of found images. Some assets are also animated.
Onsite Assets
These assets appear on Ancestry.ca advertising sales, events, etc.
